Situated at a bend in the Webatuck River amongst the wild flowers and willows of our meadows, a short walk over the stone bridge to the Manor House. Comfortably appointed screened porches serve as fresh-air living rooms in summertime, as sunrooms in winter time and offer private access to six individual ground floor guestrooms. Upper floor guestrooms – all – feature expansive balconies under the cover of retractable black and white awnings. Most offer views to the river, the sublime Troutbeck landscape and the forested hillsides beyond.

Two ADA accessible guestrooms are offered at Benton House and, in addition:
