The Manor House (c.1919) houses seventeen beautifully modernized guestrooms and suites, reception, bar, dining room, living room, library, the sunroom, our gallery, ballroom and shop. The Manor House is at the heart of Troutbeck, retaining its historic details made youthful and bright.

Situated at a bend in the Webatuck River amongst the wild flowers and willows of our meadows, a short walk over the stone bridge to the Manor House. Comfortably appointed screened porches serve as fresh-air living rooms in summertime, as sunrooms in winter time and offer private access to six individual ground floor guestrooms.

The historic Benton Cottage, (c.1770), a four-bedroom cottage modernized, is the original eastern wing of Benton House. The Cottage may be reserved as a standalone cottage or together with the thirteen guestrooms included with the western wing, Benton House.

The Garden House is a secluded hideaway overlooking our historic 1916 walled garden. A standalone cottage comprising of four spacious guestrooms, a living room, expansive outdoor terrace and balconies. A short walk from the Manor House or, accessible by car. Ideal for families and small groups.
