The calendar and schedule of July wellness classes at The Barns may be downloaded here. Please note one slight change: the Tuesday SWEAT class with trainer Bobby Catapano is moved to 8-9AM. We are also happy to share that all our teachers now have the option to move classes to The Pole Barn for a fresh air experience.
July 4th Weekend Schedule:
- Friday, July 2nd: Pilates Mat at 10AM
- Saturday, July 3rd: Rise & Shine Yoga at 9AM & Meditation at 10AM
- Sunday, July 4th: Restorative Yoga at 10AM
- Monday, July 5th: Yoga Flow at 10AM
