There are actually almost four weeks left of summer, and we'll make the most of them on property. Benton House, pictured above, has private outdoor space for each room, ideal for morning coffee, afternoon reading and evening stargazing.

MORNING, NOON + NIGHT
Breakfast, lunch and dinner every day and Brunch on Sundays - a lovely spot to meet a friend or have a meeting over a meal. Dinner highlights currently include Steelhead Trout with corn, Jimmy Nardello peppers, sungolds + smoked tomato; and Bluefin Tuna Loin with piperade, panisse + Pimenton De La Vera.
