More is more when it comes to spring things on the plate. Chef Vinny's spring menu is full of edible delights, like fava beans, morels, ramps and fiddleheads.
Our prix fixe ($65 adults / $35 children) Mother's Day Brunch menu is bursting with the season's bounty, with dishes such as Ramp Focaccia, Chaseholm Farmers Cheese; Asparagus, Whipped Egg, Lady Edison Ham; Spelt Mafalde, Ramps, Local Mushrooms, Herb Crema and Et Cetra Farm Brown Rice Risotto, Green Garbanzo, Fava Bean, Spring Onion.
Reminder: Whole Roast Chicken Dinner (available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights) $100 for a 2-course feast that feeds 4 adults.
