A RUSH OF SPRING: MAY IS HERE
May brings glorious evolution, not to mention warm days on the tennis courts, our Pool and Pool Grill opening (May 23!) and so much hubbub on property and nearby.

Chef Vinny Gilberti's SPRING menu is gloriously green with pink and peachy accents, just like the outdoors. New dishes not to be missed include red rock shrimp with shrimp-head vinaigrette and homegrown oxalis; asparagus soup with peekytoe crab; and roast chicken with morel mushrooms, English peas + spinach.
""LIFT UP OUR HEARTS, O GOD, TO THE THINGS WORTHWHILE-SUNSHINE AND NIGHT, THE DRIPPING RAIN, THE SONG OF THE BIRDS, BOOKS AND MUSIC, AND THE VOICES OF OUR FRIENDS.""
