We’re situated amongst the vibrant and engaging communities of the Hudson Valley and western Connecticut. Visit Millerton, Amenia or Wassaic, NY and Sharon, CT by complimentary bicycle. Zipline Catamount in summer or ski it in winter. Hike, fly fish, ride horseback, gravel or mountain bike, take a farm tour, visit a distillery, a bookstore or any number of beautiful shops nearby. Truly, there is something for everyone. Troutbeck is active with arts and cultural programming, with curated events on property and off all year.

The property is ablaze with Spring flowers. Adirondack chairs beckon near warming caldrons. Hammocks are out again at their campsites.

May is particularly busy at Troutbeck, with Mother's Day Weekend offerings — Erika Bloom wellness classes, Jaime Reynolds watercolor workshop, and a special prix fixe Mother's Day Brunch that celebrates the season with Spring stars like morels, peas, asparagus, nettles and lamb.

On May 19, our friends + local artists at Cottage Courses will be hosting a natural dye workshop at Troutbeck and local author Tania Shoumatoff will host a book talk on Harlem Valley history.

And then, of course, there's our official start to Summer: Memorial Day Weekend, replete with a whole pig feast at the Pole Barn, Sunday Brunch and Monday Pasta Night.

Every Sunday, Troutbeck serves Sunday Brunch from 11am to 3pm, with sweet and savory offerings sourced from nearby farms to satisfy any appetite.

Memorial Day Weekend Brunch will be especially hopping, so book your table now.

Join your community for Monday Pasta Nights, offering a 3-course prix-fixe meal of antipasti, house-baked bread, + a plentiful family style salad; a choice of house-made fresh pastas; and dessert. $45 per person and $25 for children (+ tax + gratuity).

We've planned Guest Instructor classes every Saturday and renowned fitness expert Erika Bloom is in residence Mother's Day Weekend.

We've also created a Wellness Retreat offer: 2-nights, daily classes, bookable treatments you crave, such as massage, acupuncture, gua sha, and our gift of a 50 minute infrared massage + welcome treat.
