MOTIVATION TO LET US WELCOME YOU
There's still snow in places, but we feel Spring's imminence, or at least are willing it. For those who have not made Spring Break plans, don't fret, we've got you covered with our SPRING BREAK SCOOP, 14 excellent things to do near or here at Troutbeck. We've also updated our TOWN GUIDES to reflect new spots + old favorites.
Stay with us for abundant on-property amenities, such as Wildsmith wellbeing treatments, daily movement classes, thoughtful program and in-room pleasures, such as Frette linens on king beds, but be our guest and explore from here.

SEASONAL + THOUGHTFUL DINING
It's been such a pleasure to enjoy Executive Chef Vinny Gilberti's take on Hudson Valley-centric cuisine this winter. Join us for dinner dishes such as Striped Bass with celery root chowder, Little Neck clams + smoked bacon; Millbrook venison striploin with root vegetable gratin + winter truffles; and Hudson Valley Steelhead Trout with bolero carrots + buckwheat.
