Our River Cottages and Two Bedroom River Cottages have officially debuted, to resounding delight with their spacious, thoughtfully appointed interiors with radiant heated floors, gas fireplaces, long sofas for stretching out, and of course Frette linens, Wildsmith bath products, stocked minibars and in-room dining.
EDIBLE ABUNDANCE
Chef Vinny Gilberti's spring menu sings with the season. New dishes include, Chilled Lobster with stracciatella, English peas, basil; Harlem Valley Homestead Arugula with apricot, smoked almond, moscatel vinaigrette; and Fried Softshell Crab with ramp aioli.
Reminder: Whole Roast Chicken Dinner (available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights) $100 for a 2-course feast that feeds 4 adults. And don't forget our beloved Pasta Nights on Mondays and Sunday Brunch. We can't wait to welcome you for a meal soon.
Also, for Members and in-house guests, our Pool Grill menu doesn't disappoint.
