SUMMER BEGINS
Troutbeck is extremely lush and we have limited availability in June - weekends, too! - so make haste.

Chef Vinny Gilberti's late Spring menu is resplendent. New dishes not to be missed include soft shell crab with ramp ranch(!); roast chicken with morel mushrooms, English peas + spinach (pictured); and Wild Hive Farm black emmer “Risotto” with artichoke, asparagus + Chaseholm Farm Stella Vallis (pictured).
