Monday 7/6 Evening Sound & Breathwork | A Rhythm of Happiness Experience With Caleb Spaulding
Join us for a 60–75 minute evening sound and breathwork experience set against the natural stillness of Troutbeck. A chance to slow down, breathe, and arrive in your body before the week picks up speed. Caleb will guide the group through a live sound journey paired with breathing patterns designed to calm the nervous system and create a deep sense of ease and presence.
