SUMMER ABUNDANCE: FARM TO FORK NOW
Summer squash and zucchini from Deep Roots Farm in Copake, basil from Chef Vinny's own garden, Peekytoe crab from Maine. It's the season of abundance, whetting our appetites for the tomatoes and melons gracing our plates soon. Join us for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch with a reservation in July.

Every Sunday, Troutbeck serves Sunday Brunch with sweet and savory offerings sourced from nearby farms to satisfy any appetite.
Please note that Sunday Brunch will begin at noon on July 14 + 28.
MONDAY PASTA NIGHT
The word is out: "Troutbeck's Monday Pasta Night one of the best - and most delicious - deals in the area." - Rural Intelligence
Join your community for Monday Pasta Nights, offering a 3-course prix-fixe meal of antipasti, house-baked bread, + a plentiful family style salad; a choice of house-made fresh pastas; and dessert. $45 per person and $25 for children (+ tax + gratuity).
