We’re situated amongst the vibrant and engaging communities of the Hudson Valley and western Connecticut. Visit Millerton, Amenia or Wassaic, NY and Sharon, CT by complimentary bicycle. Zipline Catamount in summer or ski it in winter. Hike, fly fish, ride horseback, gravel or mountain bike, take a farm tour, visit a distillery, a bookstore or any number of beautiful shops nearby. Truly, there is something for everyone. Troutbeck is active with arts and cultural programming, with curated events on property and off all year.

SUMMER ABUNDANCE: FARM TO FORK NOW

Summer squash and zucchini from Deep Roots Farm in Copake, basil from Chef Vinny's own garden, Peekytoe crab from Maine. It's the season of abundance, whetting our appetites for the tomatoes and melons gracing our plates soon. Join us for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch with a reservation in July.

See you Saturday July 6th for an Independence Day Feast in the Pole Barn. Family games, happy tunes + a fire-cooked feast. $106 Adults. $53 children. Tickets includes 2 complimentary glasses of wine or beer, tax + tip.

JULY 4TH BBQ

Troutbeck is pleased to present in collaboration with the Wassaic Project, "The Urgency of Leisure", a solo show by Dana Robinson that explores "topics of youth, femme identity, ownership, nostalgia through combining, reproducing and blurring vintage Black media." Every Sunday, Troutbeck serves Sunday Brunch with sweet and savory offerings sourced from nearby farms to satisfy any appetite.

Please note that Sunday Brunch will begin at noon on July 14 + 28.

MONDAY PASTA NIGHT

The word is out: "Troutbeck's Monday Pasta Night one of the best - and most delicious - deals in the area." - Rural Intelligence

Join your community for Monday Pasta Nights, offering a 3-course prix-fixe meal of antipasti, house-baked bread, + a plentiful family style salad; a choice of house-made fresh pastas; and dessert. $45 per person and $25 for children (+ tax + gratuity).

WELLNESS CLASSES

Daily Wellness classes, tennis clinic on Saturday, July 6 + 20, and all of the Wellness treatments - from massage to acupuncture, personal training to meditation - your mind and body alignment is within reach.

Please note that there are no classes offered on Sunday, July 14 and Sunday, July 28.
