JANUARY 2025 NEWSLETTER
PLEASURE IN STILLNESS
Join us this January at Troutbeck to prioritize your wellness - however you define it - with pleasure, care, balance and peace.
In January we unveil our new partnership with Wildsmith, the cruelty-free, clean wellbeing line out of the UK, with sustainable packaging and 100% traceable ingredients. Our new treatment menus created in collaboration with Wildsmith offers experiences tailored to what your body and mind need, aligned with your circadian rhythms for the time of day. Plus we've curated thoughtful wellness-focused program for January and beyond.
The sheets are pressed, the fires are stoked, the flurries are frequent. Join us this January for coziness within a silver countryside!
WE SOURCE WELL FOR YOU
Foodies flock here. We source impeccably from small farms nearby (like organic, 100% grass-fed sirloin from Grimaldi Farms in Ghent, NY, pictured) so that you can devote yourself to pleasure at the table. Join us for a meal in January.
"IN WINTER, WHEN THE GREEN EARTH LIES RESTING BENEATH A BLANKET OF SNOW, THIS IS THE TIME FOR STORYTELLING. THE STORYTELLERS BEGIN BY CALLING UPON THOSE WHO CAME BEFORE WHO PASSED THE STORIES DOWN TO US, FOR WE ARE ONLY MESSENGERS."
JANUARY WELLNESS ++
Peruse our January class schedule, and we are hosting special program including Tapping Into Wellbeing: A Transformative Journey, a January Tuesday evening workshop.
Mark your calendars: Tara Stiles and Ann Garvin Yoga + Writing Workshop at Troutbeck, May 3-4. Early bird tickets available now.
