Chef Vinny Gilberti manages to make bright, satiating fare with seasonal local ingredients. For Valentine's Day, we're offering à la carte specials for two and pastry chef Emma Isakoff will serve Valentine’s Day a petit-fours plate for two, including chocolate cherry truffles, French macarons, marshmallows, and a few other little treats!

OPENING RECEPTION: FERN APFEL "LETTERS HOME"
We are delighted to announce that a new exhibition, "Letters Home" by still life painter Fern Apfel opened mid January at Troutbeck in collaboration with the Wassaic Project. Apfel is a Hudson Valley artist whose work explores the circles of time and memory.
Opening reception with the artist, Friday, February 21, 2025, 5-7pm.
