We're preparing for your arrival with garlands and firewood. We're hosting a HOLIDAY BAZAAR to launch your month with generosity and inspiration. (Troutbeck guest rooms are sold out, but Belden House has space for Bazaar goers).

We're having a WHITE ALBA TRUFFLE DINNER to celebrate your secret tubers that no person can cultivate and only nature can create.

We're organzing a REGALIS FOODS POP-UP to indulge and pamper the houseguests and friends that always ride your yuletide.

Executive Chef Vinny Gilberti will serve two exquisite meals to mark your CHRISTMAS EVE and CHRISTMAS DAY crescendo.

And to bid you and 2025 farewell, we'll have a NEW YEAR'S EVE FEAST and toast.

Please bring flurries, joy and peaceful energy when you arrive next week. We'll take care of the generous hospitality, gingerbread houses, roaring hearths, wellness treatments, abundant amenities and all the other treats that must accompany you.

Chef Vinny's December menus speak to the season, our need for warmth and comfort. Duck with turnip and quince shall return. Colorful chicories offer bright crunch to accompany brothy dishes, and hearty meats. Our Supper Series Truffle Dinner with Chef Ryan Tate of Regalis is the perfect way to celebrate the season with your friends, colleagues or family!

ON VIEW | E.E. KONO: CONVERSANT

Conversant is a series of egg tempera paintings by E.E. Kono inspired by Troutbeck, a place where nature, community, and conversation have long sparked meaningful change. Drawing on the legacy of Amy and Joel Spingarn and the many thinkers who gathered on this land, the work reflects on Troutbeck’s role as a catalyst for social progress.
