4/1 — GET IN THE SPIRIT WITH CAKE POP WORKSHOP

Join Troutbeck's Pastry Chef, Emma Isakoff, for a Carrot Cake Pop Workshop on Saturday, April 1. Emma will lead attendees in every step of making Easter-themed carrot cake pops from scratch, and guests will leave with plenty of extras for tasty treats ahead of the holiday.

4/9 — EASTER BRUNCH

Easter à la carte Brunch, from 8am to 4pm, will be joyful and delicious. Highlights include:

• Turkish Baked Eggs + Marinated kale salad, chile oil, sourdough
• Breakfast Salad + Local greens, fried egg, pancetta lardons, breadcrumbs
• Local Maitakes over Polenta + Roasted spring onions, Gremolata, chile oil
• Einkorn Pancakes + Green strawberries, laurel & ash maple
• Cumin-Spiced Lamb Burger + House challah bun, feta, paprika aioli, dill, and chips
• Steak Frites + Sauce bernaise, shoestring fries

...Plus a Littles Menu. Dinner will follow, with our regular à la carte menu from 5-8pm.

4/9 — TROUTBECK ANNUAL EASTER EGG HUNT

Please join us on Easter Sunday for our yearly Easter egg hunt. This year's hunt is open to all Troutbeck members, in house guests and dining guests. Don't forget your baskets and to make your Easter Brunch reservations!

4/9 — FALCONRY ON EASTER SUNDAY

Join us for an immersive opportunity to experience and learn about birds of prey with Falconry Excursions. With morning, midday and afternoon slots availablie, book before or after your Easter Brunch reservation for some "eggstra" fun!

4/15 — COTTAGE COURSES: UP-CYCLED OVEN MITT WORKSHOP

Transform found fabrics into functional bespoke oven mitts using hand sewing and quilting techniques. Beginner and expert hand sewers alike are welcome. All tools and materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own fabric to make your oven mitt extra "you."
