The Pool Grill serves casual fare from 12-6pm daily to Hotel Guests and Members. We'll be offering "table service" to your chaises. The Pool Grill serves American classics — Smash Burgers, a Lobster Roll and a BBQ Pork Sandwich — and healthful options, as well as family-friendly sweet Treats, all sourced impeccably. The Pool Grill serves local beer, cocktails, and freshly squeezed juices, available at your chaise, a picnic table, or on the lawn nearby.

We've updated our Pool Grill menu this year by adding healthful salads, sourced, as ever, from our neighboring farms, with protein additions available — a soft boiled Herondale Farm egg, house smoked Hudson Valley Fisheries Steelhead trout, chilled grilled chicken — to give you more options, if you're in the mood for something light after, say, a game of Tennis (have you booked your lesson with a pro yet?) or a workout.

The Pool is open from sun up to sunset and is accessible to Hotel Guests and Members.
The Pool Grill is open from 12-6pm daily.
Pool chaises and our 6 cabanas are available first come, first serve.
Due to New York State Health Code, dogs are not permitted on the Pool deck.
Children must be monitored at all times when accompanying their parents to the Pool.
There is no screaming, running or jumping allowed at the Pool. That includes adults + children.
Glass is not allowed on the Pool deck.
