The Pool and Pool Grill are open for the season! The Pool Grill serves casual fare from 12-6pm daily to Hotel Guests and Members. American classics — Smash Burgers with beef from Grimaldi Farms in the Hudson Valley, a Lobster Roll — are joined by healthful options, such as a "Bento Box" with fish of the day, local Yumapirika rice, shiso and house pickles; green salads with a choice of HV fisheries Steelhead trout or pasture-raised Yundwell Farms chicken as optional toppings; as well as family-friendly sweet treats. The Pool Grill serves local beer, cocktails, mocktails, wine and freshly squeezed juices, available at your chaise, a picnic table, or on the lawn nearby.

This year our Pool Grill menu once again offers healthful salads, sourced, as ever, from our neighboring farms, with protein additions available — grilled Hudson Valley Fisheries Steelhead trout, chilled grilled chicken. Chef Emma Isakoff will offer her seasonal fresh fruit popcicles and ice cream cookie sandwiches.

The Pool is open from sun up to sunset and is accessible to Hotel Guests and Members.
The Pool Grill is open from 12-6pm daily.
Pool chaises and our 6 cabanas are available first come, first serve. Guests and Members may not "reserve" a chaise or cabana with placement of a personal item.
Due to New York State Health Code, dogs are not permitted on the Pool deck.
Children must be monitored at all times when accompanying their parents to the Pool.
There is no screaming, running or jumping allowed at the Pool. That includes adults + children.
Glass is not allowed on the Pool deck.
