Focused principally on locally sourced produce and ingredients, our offerings are varied, bright, comforting, nourishing and exceptionally flavorful.

Chef Gabe McMackin is the Executive Chef and Culinary Creative Director at Troutbeck and the former Chef-Owner of Michelin starred, Brooklyn restaurant, The Finch. Gabe's menus and service are simple and elegant, inviting and exciting. His dining philosophy is centered on time and place: being present — both in terms of the seasons and the singular shared moment at the table.

GUEST ROOMS

Troutbeck offers 37 guest rooms and suites, sleeping over 80 guests — assuming maximum occupancy per guestroom. Our rooming specialist will assist in helping your guests with all their reservation requirements.

The couple may choose from any of our suites for the wedding night with our compliments. The most favored by couples is The Dunham Suite, which is named for the spring-fed creek it overlooks and features a four poster bed, gas fireplace, a standalone soaking bathtub, and vaulted ceiling.
