Focused principally on locally sourced produce and ingredients, our offerings are varied, bright, comforting, nourishing and exceptionally flavorful.

Troutbeck’s culinary perspective is centered on time and place: the season — the moment — celebrated on the plate and by those at your table. We source from local farms and makers whenever possible and take enormous pride in our attention to detail and sourcing ethos.

We also believe strongly that menu selection should be a collaborative dialogue between our team and our clients. We will work with our culinary team to curate menus that are specifically tailored to each of your events.

GUEST ROOMS

Troutbeck offers 37 guest rooms and suites, sleeping over 80 guests — assuming maximum occupancy per guestroom. Our rooming specialist will assist in helping your guests with all their reservation requirements.

The couple may choose from any of our suites for the wedding night with our compliments. The most favored by couples is The Dunham Suite, which is named for the spring-fed creek it overlooks and features a four poster bed, gas fireplace, a standalone soaking bathtub, and vaulted ceiling.
