There's a gorgeous body of research around how much connection and a sense of belonging in community, is tied to our biological resilience. I can't think of a time where these findings could be more relevant for us, as a species. And it reminds us that our wellbeing, as individuals, is not all "up to me." We can remember that when we ask for and offer up support to others, this continues to nourish our own capacity for vitality, connectedness, resilience and kindness. And the FEELING of connection helps restore ease.
