From a total reinvention of historic Greenwich Village bar, Chumley's to a restaurant punching way above its weight, to her 3-star review at Gotham Bar & Grill, to her own Tribeca restaurant Mena, and then, most recently, at Blanca, the tasting menu restaurant that was #2 on New York Times' list of the best restaurants in New York City in 2024, Victoria continues to awe with her originality and tenacity. We are so delighted to welcome her to Troutbeck.
For our Supper Series, chef Victoria will add a suite of dishes to Troutbeck's a la carte menu, allowing diners to choose to try all of her dishes, or to combine them with Chef Vinny's.
