Recipient of a Michelin Star within six months of opening at Manhattan's Le Restaurant and a two-star New York Times restaurant review for his seasonal modern American cooking at SoHo staple, Savoy — Chef Ryan Tate joins Executive Chef Vincent Gilberti at Troutbeck for a festive and decadent dinner as an ode to White Alba Truffles for one night only.
We'll also host a mini Regalis Foods pop-up, to help fulfill your celebratory holiday needs from 11am-1pm on Sunday.
At Troutbeck, Ryan and Vinny will collaborate on a prix fixe* of eight petite courses, each featuring White Alba Truffles from Piedmonte ($225+ tax + gratuity).
