Join Troutbeck's Pastry Chef Emma Isakoff to learn how to make traditional Hand Pies, perfect for mid-summer Fourth of July fun.

Chef Emma will demonstrate several pies in different flavors and then assist as you create your own, which she'll then bake off for you to take home. A great way to practice for a big summer celebration!

Troutbeck will provide pastry dough, fruit filling and boxes to take your pies home. All ages welcome, but smaller children will need support from an adult.
