Dine at Troutbeck
Join us for a meaningful and interactive Passover experience as we come together to make traditional matzo from scratch. Drop in before dinner between 4:30-5:30pm to mix flour and water, roll dough, and bake matzo, guided by Chef Emma.
Take your freshly baked matzo home or stay and enjoy a Whole Roast Chicken Dinner, perfect for 2 to 4. Special for Passover and only served on Wednesday, April 8, Chef Vinny will serve a Passover Kosher Style Whole Roast Chicken Dinner this evening only. Your matzo will be baked and served alongside.
Make sure to sign up for the workshop and reserve a table if you're staying for dinner!
Matzo making is open to all ages; children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
