Zipline Catamount in summer or ski it in winter. Hike, fly fish, ride horseback, gravel or mountain bike, take a farm tour, visit a distillery, a bookstore or any number of beautiful shops nearby. Truly, there is something for everyone. Troutbeck is active with arts and cultural programming, with curated events on property and off all year.

With firsthand experience of what it takes to operate a family-owned business, a taste for good drink, and the good fortune to live in this gorgeous corner of the country called Connecticut, brothers David, Jack, and Peter Baker decided to launch Litchfield Distillery in Litchfield, CT.

Their commitment is to distill the finest spirits in small batches sourcing the best ingredients their local farmers have to offer. And the taste of that commitment can be found in every sip of their award-winning Litchfield Distillery spirits.

Members are invited for a complimentary tour and tasting at Litchfield Distillery on Saturday, 8/31 at 5:30PM. The distillery is a 38-minute drive from Troutbeck.
