June 8 - June 10 Amy Chaplin author of the acclaimed cookbook Whole Food Cooking Every Day and At Home in the Whole Food Kitchen and former executive chef of the beloved vegan restaurant Anjelica Kitchen, brings her passion for vegetables and plant-based cooking to Troutbeck. She’ll add special additions to our menu (think nut milks and strawberry buckwheat granola with coconut and cardamom, and black rice salad with turmeric dressing), so make a reservation to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner with us, while she's here. On Thursday, June 10th, Amy will host a plant-based picnic for 20-25 people.
