Caleb Spaulding has spent over 25 years studying the power of rhythm, and for the last decade he's been doing something almost no one else does: leading breathwork experiences powered by live drumming.

The drum changes everything. Caleb plays live throughout the entire journey, using rhythm to guide you deeper into your breath and back into your body — something a recorded track simply can't replicate.
