Culinary Easter Dining
On Easter Sunday, Troutbeck will serve Breakfast (8am-10am) and Brunch from 11am to 3pm. (Pastries will be available from 10am-11am.)
Special à la carte Brunch highlights include Eggs En Cocotte with Ramps & Guanciale; Caviar Omelet with Q Farms Eggs & Buckwheat Pullman Toast; and Steelhead Trout Gravlax with Crème Fraîche, Soft Egg, Wood Sorrell & Sourdough Everything Flatbread.
Troutbeck will also offer a special à la carte Dinner menu on Easter from 4pm to 8pm, highlighting Spring and traditions of the holiday, including Branzino with Wild Hive Beans, Asparagus & Onions; Lamb Loin with Merguez, Sunchokes & Lemon Purée; and Stuffed Rabbit Loin with Turnips, Lemon Thyme & Green Garlic.
