We are very excited to be a part of Ten Mile Table's Community Auction, where the proceeds will benefit local charities, restaurants, and food pantries. With the need for food growing exponentially during the current health crisis, much of the funds raised will provide a budget for volunteer chefs to help (from preparing meals to organizing grocery bags).
Troutbeck has two experiences up for auction and they include:
Bread Class - Introduction to Sourdough
For buyer and up to 3 guests
A winning bid nets you:
A two hour introduction to sourdough class with Ariel Yotive, head baker at Troutbeck.
Riverside Open Fire Dinner
For 4-6 guests
A winning bid nets you:
A private riverside open fire dinner at Troutbeck prepared by our Culinary Director, Chef Gabe McMackin, and the team. 3 to 5 courses cooked over open fire and served by the chefs, foragers, growers who’ve made it. **Can be scheduled only once permitted**
The Community Auction is the first project for Ten Mile Table, a newly launched partnership with The Lantern Inn and Wassaic Project that aims to highlight and nurture food / art collaboration in our area.
