We’re situated amongst the vibrant and engaging communities of the Hudson Valley and western Connecticut. Visit Millerton, Amenia or Wassaic, NY and Sharon, CT by complimentary bicycle. Zipline Catamount in summer or ski it in winter. Hike, fly fish, ride horseback, gravel or mountain bike, take a farm tour, visit a distillery, a bookstore or any number of beautiful shops nearby. Truly, there is something for everyone. Troutbeck is active with arts and cultural programming, with curated events on property and off all year.

Culinary Christmas Day

December 25, 2021 12-8pm, $95 Prix Fixe ++

Troutbeck will offer Christmas Dinner prix fixe from noon to 8pm, for $95 per person, plus beverage, tax and gratuity.* Festive specials, such as caviar service and oysters will be available as add-ons or as snacks throughout Manor House.

For hotel guests, Troutbeck’s Pantry will be stocked with gratis coffee, cider and donuts from 2pm.

*Please note that breakfast for hotel guests will be served from 8-11am. Lunch or Kids meals will only be served in room on Christmas Day. Our Christmas Day menu will be the only menu served in Manor House on Christmas Day.
