Sign up your children to join Kendra Lacroix, one of Troutbeck's excellent practitioners, for yoga for youngsters. Children will practice the basics of breathing deep, stretching, positions and movement. A wonderful way to introduce your children to a yoga practice. This class is included in the price of your hotel room and free to Members. Space is limited, so please sign up your little yogis now. No outside attendance is permitted.
